MACEF's primary mission is fundraising in support of two objectives:

First: support area high school JROTC programs in their quest to inspire and develop Citizenship, Character, and Leadership in their cadet participants.
Second: support area college ROTC Commissioning programs as they continue to provide our military forces with a large array of critical military professions.

MACEF's fundraising efforts benefit the following underlying missions:
1. Help cadets overcome financial barriers to education through scholarships
2. Help elevate cadet motivation through awards and certificates
3. Help sustain the Annual Scholarship Awards Luncheon
4. Help ensure Leadership development opportunities are available
